## Do you appear when people search for your trade in your town?

We start with searches that match your work: “electrician in [town]”, “carpenter near me” or the specific service you offer. We record the query, area and date, which businesses appear and what information helps customers choose them. Results vary by location and time; one query does not represent every search.

## Google Maps: profile, ownership and reviews

We review the public listing: name, category, services, service area, phone, hours, photos and reviews. We confirm with you whether you can manage it and whether it is verified; that status cannot always be established from the outside. We flag missing or inconsistent details and opportunities to respond to genuine reviews. Creating or correcting a profile is agreed after the review.

## Who appears ahead of you and where you are missing

We compare the visible presence of competitors offering the same service in your area: complete profiles, specialisms, reviews and contact options. We also review directories relevant to your market, such as Firmy.cz if you work in Czechia. The comparison identifies observable differences; it does not invent competitors’ traffic or sales.
